Intentional Rest¶
Observing your emotions as they actually are — allowing them to surface without denial, without judgment, and without rushing to analyze them — is the most important first step in letting emotions flow freely.
Living in the present: Criticizing yourself for past decisions is unfair. It ignores the fact that in the moment, you were doing the best you could with what you had.
Transcending outcomes brings greater ease to life. Focus on the process; live in the present.
Happiness is a state defined relative to unhappiness — it is inherently temporary. Calm is what brings lasting, stable strength.
